Looking for New Year's Plans? We've Got You Covered.
The last day of the year is upon us. Congrats! You’ve made it! Pat yourselves on the back and celebrate a little. And even if you haven’t accomplished any of your so-called resolutions, whatever, there’s always next year. You should celebrate the simple fact that you have yet to give up on your dreams. This begs the question, where do you plan on ringing in the New Year? Well, we’ve got two events that may be of interest to you. Both offer a unique experience while having the same underlying objective; to be praised as the best NYE party of 2015. First up, you have the very publicized, very (soon-to-be) famous 159 Manning. Remember those crazy keggers from your favourite 90s movies? Well, you can expect the same from the folks at 159 Manning.
They’ve avoided the modern approach to “throwing parties” by keeping things very traditional and Toronto loves them for it. They’ve recently been featured on the Global news, City TV and other various blogs. Several outlets have also listed them as the New Year’s house party to be at.
On the other side of party spectrum you have, Five+: A NYE Experience. Presented by the Justice League of Shindigs, a few agencies are pooling their resources and expertise to ensure you have one of the most memorable nights of your life. They aim to put on the type of rager your nervous system can jam to; the type that resonates through your soul. How? By appealing to your fives senses. This event promises to showcase live painting, a culinary marketplace, custom 3D visuals, sound therapy and meditation, massage chair service and complimentary gourmet food stations, all to be enjoyed in within an Amazonian-themed setting.
Both parties are expected to have deejays and live bands occupying the same space as a way to provide the attendees with some musical variety. Literally, something for everyone to enjoy. We’ll be checking out both but are extremely intrigued to see which of the two will be the most enjoyable; Five+:, which promises a night of spiritual healing or 159 Manning , a grungy, hedonistic evening with strangers who will seem like family to you.
